🔒 Important: All payments must be made from an account in your name. If someone else (a sponsor) is covering any portion of your fees, they must visit us in person to complete and sign a payment authorization agreement.

Applicant Agreement


By enrolling in this course, you agree to pay a non-refundable enrollment fee, which secures your seat and allows us to prepare all required course materials, including perishable supplies. Enrollment fees range from $500–$2,000, depending on the total course cost.


Refund & Payment Policy

All payments, including booking fees, enrollment fees, tuition payments, and any amounts paid through third-party platforms or lenders (such as credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or similar services) are final and strictly non-refundable.


If you pay the enrollment fee but fail to submit the full course tuition by the first day of class, you will be removed from the program, and all payments made will be forfeited.


This signed agreement may be used to dispute or challenge any attempted chargeback, reversal, or refund claim. Legal action may be taken if necessary to enforce these terms.


Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations within two (2) weeks of the course start date: All fees paid are forfeited, unless you provide documentation of a qualifying medical emergency that is reviewed and approved by an RBL instructor.

  • Cancellations made more than two (2) weeks before the course start date, or approved medical emergencies: Up to 90% of the amount paid may be issued as a credit toward a future course. Credit must be used within the same calendar year or may be extended one additional year.


Legal Terms

You agree to reimburse the Artist(s) and the Body Art Facility for any attorneys’ fees and costs incurred if you initiate legal action and they are deemed the prevailing party.

You agree that any dispute arising out of or related to this agreement shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of California, in Tulare County, and that you consent to personal jurisdiction in that venue.


Final Acknowledgment

By signing below, you acknowledge and agree to all terms in this Applicant Agreement. You understand that all fees are non-refundable, and that your success in the program depends on your own commitment, participation, and effort. You further acknowledge that training is provided solely according to the topics listed in the official course curriculum, and that no additional guarantees, financial, educational, or skill-based are made or implied.
