Re-Booking Fee

Service Description

We require a $100-105 minimum (Non-Refundable) booking fee to schedule an appointment. You can pay a higher amount; however, we do not issue refunds under any circumstances. When you pay this fee, you are paying for the booking service. When you schedule your appointment, you commit to getting the service you book done.  All payments are non-refundable! The booking fee can be credited towards the procedure cost if you keep your appointment, show up on time, and comply with our policy. Booking fees are charged to secure and reserve procedures and appointments. If for any reason an appointment scheduled is not completed, any payments or booking fee will be forfeited.  ​
