All appointments require a non-refundable booking fee that is applied to procedure costs.

If you miss your appointment you lose your booking fee. If you are late more than 10 minutes you lose this booking fee and appointment. 48-hour notice to reschedule is required to avoid losing your booking fee.

Booking fees expire 90 days after date paid.
